  1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. An order is accepted after it has been verified and confirmed by Thread Lifters.

We may cancel or refuse an order because of:

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Delivery limitations

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded using an available method.

  1. Payment

Customers may use the payment methods displayed during checkout. You confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and remain available to receive the parcel.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on the website or during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote locations, incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be dispatched again because of incorrect information, refusal, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Ownership and responsibility for the product pass to the customer after successful delivery.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once an order has been processed or handed over to the courier.

Thread Lifters reserves the right to decline repeated or suspicious Cash on Delivery orders.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Return and Exchange Policy published on our website.

To be eligible, an item may need to be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free from stains, odours, damage, or alterations
  • Returned with its original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
  • Reported within the period specified in our Return and Exchange Policy

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags may not qualify.

Any defective, damaged, or incorrect product should be reported promptly with clear photographs and the order number.

  1. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Are valid only during the stated promotional period
  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted
  • May exclude selected products
  • May be withdrawn in cases of misuse, fraud, or technical error
